Caldic announces to appoint Maxime Toth as the Group Strategic Program Director
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Maxime (‘Max’) Toth as the Group Strategic Program Director for Caldic as of 1 June.Max has a strong background in consulting, having worked for eight years in management consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Bain & Company. He specialized in strategic transformation and private equity projects with a focus on the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. In his most recent role in BCG, he was a Leadership team member of the Private Equity Practice and in this position he successfully worked together with Caldic Europe for over six months.
Max obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Melbourne Australia, as well as at the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in France. He complemented his education as an engineer with an MBA from INSEAD.
During his career Max has helped conduct numerous strategic transformations and he will support Caldic in delivering on the key initiatives underlying the strategic plan. In his new role, Max will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely together with the Executive Leadership Team in bringing the initiatives to a success.
