Ensuring that our production facility manufactures high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers is not just a job, it's my passion.

We strive to support our customers and colleagues by having efficient and effective procedures. Quality is not a department – it´s a mindset!

Our customers are always my number one priority, and I feel the most positive thing is when we together find solutions to their challenges.

As a Product Manager I find it very exciting to meet and plan projects with our suppliers and customers. It is a great feeling when we successfully complete our projects and all parties are satisfied with the end result.

All our clients are important and we're equally excited each time we can tailor make and fulfill our client’s needs.

Working in Norway, being outside of EU, has its challenges with for instance customs. However, this helps me grow on a personal level as well as giving me ample opportunities to develop great interpersonal skills within the Caldic family.

Working at Caldic logistic side we never have a dull moment. There are many daily challenges and problems for us to solve in regards to transportation, but this is what makes the job so interesting.

I really appreciate the broad cooperation we have here in Caldic and in the Nordics. For me in Customer Care, it is an honor to be able to assist our customers as well as our internal departments in the best possible way.
