Laviosa partners with Connell Caldic to distribute its rheological additives and organoclays in India

Headquartered in Livorno, Italy, Laviosa is a 100-year-old family-owned company whose businesses include logistics, shipping and chemical manufacturing, where it has a total of nine plants across seven locations worldwide, manufacturing products for a wide range of industrial applications. The company is also one of the world’s largest producers of bentonites and organoclays, which are widely used as rheological additives by the coatings, plastics and construction industries for solvent coatings, paints, grease lubricants and inks.

Denis DeSouza, Country Manager, India, at Laviosa said, “Laviosa has been processing bentonites since 1950 and began manufacturing organoclays in 1994.
