Caldic announces acquisition of Bring Solutions

Founded in 2013, Bring Solutions offers innovative ingredient solutions and premixes that are customized to meet functional requirements and quality standards in the final applications. The broad portfolio encompasses premixes of vitamins and nutrients, dairy proteins, sweeteners and plant-based proteins. The Bring team which is strategically located in the Greater São Paulo area is committed to contributing to health and nutrition while leveraging the supplier base, manufacturing and warehousing facilities as well as their technical and regulatory expertise.

The transaction to acquire Bring Solutions is subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed before the end of this year.
