Meet our colleague - Mindy Lim

My name is Mindy Lim and I’m a Technical Development Manager for Caldic Malaysia. In my role I focus on the Personal Care and Home Care industries along with a team of very experienced and motivated colleagues. Together, we work closely with customers to develop their ideas into working solutions, taking time to thoroughly research possibilities so that in the end the product meets their needs, expectations and more.

I also enjoy collaborating with our esteemed Principals in delivering their high-end technologies and expertise to our customers where ideas can then be transformed and brought to life as inspiring outcomes. With the abundant technical resources available, I get to develop myself every day, with new challenges and a supportive environment to motivate me to reach my professional potential. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing my contribution and achieving great results with Caldic!
