The right yeast, the right temperature, sanitation, and the right amount of time are what is needed to ferment your wort into the perfect beer. Different beer styles require different yeasts. Lagers and other bottom-fermented brews use lager yeast and ferment at lower temperatures; ales and top-fermented beers use ale yeast and ferment at higher temperatures. Within each yeast group, there is a vast range of different yeast strains. We provide an extensive range of beer yeasts of the highest quality in packaging ranging from 11 g to 500 g, and as much as 10 kg, in both liquid and dry forms.
