Our customer, a leading global manufacturer, launched a program to improve efficiency and productivity across their chain of operations present in over 150 countries. One of their first initiatives was to bring us on board in Vietnam and Indonesia. A crucial item on their shortlisted criteria was sustainability credentials. All our sites are submitted for the EcoVadis sustainability assessments. This is a pertinent assessment criterion because it proves that we have a robust framework for evaluating and improving our sustainability performance, managing risks, enhancing market competitiveness, ensuring supply chain transparency, and achieving regulatory compliance. In fact, our sites in Vietnam and Indonesia have Gold EcoVadis ratings.
 
This and our unparalleled regional expertise make us well-positioned to enter this program wherein we become the distributors of their supplier’s materials in a distinct three-party model. 
 
For years, we have built a strong, fruitful relationship with this customer – a trusted name in the coatings industry, in multiple regions. Our ability to adapt to their growth strategies and respond to their evolving needs has helped us solidify this connection. Through this partnership, we successfully expanded our portfolio in the region, enabling us to provide our customers with a more enriched and more comprehensive range of solutions and services. In return, this supplier has found a new reliable partner in a previously unchartered region. 

Besides commercial expertise, our technical labs in Indonesia are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and manned with skilled professionals. From testing and evaluation of the raw material to customizing formulation and even benchmark testing, our technical capabilities ensure our partners have a distributor that supports them through each phase of their supply chain.
