Our global Code of Conduct sets the foundation for how we work with honesty, respect and professional integrity. It guides our actions and applies to every employee. Each year, all employees reaffirm their commitment to the Code, which is supported by annual training and regional compliance officers.

From anti-bribery to competition law, and from trade sanctions to data privacy, our teams are trained and empowered to uphold compliance globally. Regular audits and internal reviews help ensure our practices align with local and international standards. 

If a violation is suspected, our Speak Up platform allows anonymous reporting in local languages, supporting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Responsible business across our network

We expect our suppliers, contractors and partners to uphold the same ethical and compliance standards we follow. All partners are assessed against our Supplier Code of Conduct and go through rigorous Know Your Supplier (KYS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. 

We monitor for alignment on values such as labor rights, environmental care and legal compliance, reinforcing our ability to deliver sustainable value through oursupply chain.
