Caldic’s Canadian operations began in 1989 with vitamin blends under the Daminco brand and have grown through a series of strategic acquisitions. Key milestones include the formation of Acatris/Nealanders in 2000, Caldic’s acquisition of Nealanders in 2012, and the addition of The Ingredient Company, Harold T. Griffin, Avatar, and CAIF Ingredients. Together, these expansions strengthened Caldic’s expertise in blending, nutritional and functional ingredients, release agents, lecithins, and oils, helping build the broad life sciences and personal care portfolio it offers today.
Caldic Canada operates three modern facilities in Delta, BC, Mississauga, ON, and Dorval, QC, providing strong logistics, supply chain support, and extensive manufacturing capabilities. With 245,000 MT of capacity, our services include custom dry and liquid blending, packing and labelling, release agent spraying, R&D and formulation support, laboratory services, regulatory guidance, and warehousing.
