About Us

Caldic’s presence in Peru was firmly established in 2016 with the acquisition of Peruquímicos S.A.C., the country’s largest chemical distributor. This milestone marked not only our official entry into the Peruvian market but also Advent International’s first direct investment in Peru through GTM Holdings.

Founded in 1995, Peruquímicos had a solid track record in the importation, storage, and distribution of chemical products, serving a wide range of customers across multiple industries. The integration of Peruquímicos strengthened our regional platform in Latin America and significantly expanded our operational capabilities and market reach.

Today, Caldic operates a strategic facility in Conchán, from which we deliver safe and efficient solutions to key markets such as paints and coatings, flexography, thinners, personal care, plastics, among others.
