Concerns can be addressed directly, whether in conversation with a manager, colleague, or HR representative. If anonymity is preferred – especially for serious or unresolved issues – our third-party SpeakUp platform is available to all Caldic employees and business partners. This secure platform allows anonymous reporting in local languages and covers ethical violations, legal breaches, policy non-compliance, and concerns about retaliation.
SpeakUp is appropriate if:
- You believe someone acting for Caldic may have violated laws, company policies, or our Code of Conduct.
- You are unsure about the right course of action and need confidential advice.
- You believe you have witnessed or been involved in potential misconduct.
- You believe someone who reported concerns in good faith may have experienced retaliation.
All submissions to the SpeakUp platform are handled anonymously by an independent provider. Caldic’s Compliance team reviews concerns thoroughly and confidentially. Our policy guarantees the protection of anyone who raises concerns, contributes to an investigation, or acts in good faith. Retaliation, discrimination, or negative employment action in response to reporting will not be tolerated.
