“Working with customers to regularly review forecasts, ensuring key materials are stored in our cGMP-compliant warehouses located around the globe, holding mutually agreed upon inventory levels and providing detailed reports – all of this gives our customers visibility into the status of their orders and ensures delivery dates are met.”
She emphasizes our proactive, strategic approach to risk mitigation. By maintaining access to multiple sources of compendial materials, we can offer both primary and secondary options to our customers. “We carefully select manufacturers that not only produce high-quality products, but also provide change notifications, regulatory documentation, and audit access,” she says.
