Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 28 Apr 2025 – Stern Ingredients Asia Pacific (Stern Ingredients), a leading producer of specialist ingredients for the food production industry in the Asia-Pacific region, has appointed Caldic as the official distribution solutions partner for its specialist bakery ingredients in Vietnam.
The agreement gives Caldic the rights to distribute the following product ranges from Stern Ingredients to the Vietnamese market:
Tailored enzyme systems specially developed for baked goods, which support the optimisation of the dough process to help bakeries scale up and improve business efficiency. The DeutscheBack solutions range includes bread and bun improvers, emulsifier replacements and fresh-keeping solutions and preservatives.
A trusted leader in flour improvement and fortification solutions for over 100 years, the Muehlenchemie range comprises enzymatic solutions for the improvement of noodles and other wheat flour-based applications.
Enzyme systems that improve the quality and processability of wheat flour-based, long-life baked goods such as biscuits, wafers and crackers.
