Ohly and Caldic expand their partnership to bring innovative natural ingredients to the food and beverage industry in the Midwest US

The world-renowned Ohly  brand is known for its unique portfolio of yeast extracts, flavors, and dried flavor ingredients based on yeast derivatives and spray-dried condiments. It was originally founded in Hamburg (Germany) in the 19th century and yeast fermentation processing has always been the backbone of its strength. While the ingredients portfolio changed over time, the focus on high quality and great taste, as well as healthy and natural ingredients has always remained at the center of the brand’s proposition.
