Meet our colleague - Lariza Lopez de Leon

My name is Lariza Lopez de Leon. I am a Senior Product Technologist in R&D supporting the Bakery business unit for Caldic North America. This is my 11th year with the company and there’s never been a dull moment! I work with a dynamic and creative group of people developing on-trend, innovative blends and solutions. We differentiate ourselves from competition with our hands-on approach in supporting our customers. My satisfaction comes in seeing our ideas come to life and in knowing that our ingredients and blends are a part of our customers' success.

I particularly find joy working alongside talented and hardworking colleagues. We tap into each other’s expertise and bounce ideas off of each other identifying the best and/or most effective approach and solutions for our customers. My growth comes with the challenges presented by new projects, from calls for innovations and from gaining insights and expertise with every customer visit or on-site technical support.
