Announcement

Following on from the announcement published on March 7, highlighting the merger between Caldic and GTM, we are excited to announce a number of changes in our leadership team.

To further accelerate Caldic’s growth trajectory and continue to provide high quality products and value-add services to our customers worldwide, we will extend our current Executive Leadership Team with effect from March 1, 2022, the following changes will be made:

Rodrigo Gutierrez, has been appointed CEO LATAM, with responsibility for Latin America.

Aldrik Vervat, Head of Strategy and M&A, has been appointed as ELT member.

Samera El Idrissi has been appointed General Counsel, acting as advisor to the ELT.

Alexander Wessels will continue as group CEO of Caldic and Bernard Witte will remain CFO of the group.
