"I like what I do. I don't work just for the money. I'm not going to be a hypocrite and say "Oh, money doesn't suit me". That would be a lie, I need the money. But it's something I do with so much pleasure that it's not tiring. You see? I enjoy doing it.

I particularly like the manners. That's something I stress a lot in my life. I think people treating each other with respect, the politeness, the good morning, good afternoon, good evening. These little things might mean nothing to many people, but for me are crucial. Arriving and receiving a good morning is very nice. You start the day as if everyone was sending you good energy. And then you just go.

That's very nice about working here at Caldic. Even though it's only been a short time, that's one of the strengths, which is politeness, respect. It's not just limited to people in the senior positions, but the in smaller roles too, like the cleaners, the janitors. This courteous behavior makes us want to keep going. The people who load the trucks. They're very polite. So that's why we get up in the morning and don't think "Wow, I'm going to work for that company, how boring". On the contrary, it's a good feeling. You get up excited, have a shower, come in singing, arrive smiling and leave smiling."
