How we work?

1. Customer Request: As a customer, you reach out to your assigned customer development manager with your specific product requests. Sometimes the request can be met by an existing product. If not, and if the volume is big enough, we can develop a product for your special needs.

2. Sample Development: When we develop a new product, a product developer will look for ingredients and then develop a sample that matches your request. Taste is hard to put into words, so sometimes adjustments are needed.

3. Customer Testing and Feedback: You will then test the received sample to assess whether it meets your expectations and requirements. This is where you get a real sense of the product's

4. Contract and Development: If the sample meets your satisfaction and you wish to proceed with a purchase, you will enter into an agreement with Caldic. This will outline the specifics of the product, quantities, and delivery.
