HR Manager / General Services

The HR Manager / General Services would be responsible for the management of all the HR needs within the company.
The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
Provide input, adapt and implement corporate HR policies
Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and policies based on business needs and changing employment regulations
Provide support and advice to management with HR queries relating to absence management, grievances and employee engagement
Management and coordination of the external company to which payroll management is entrusted
Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboarding of new employees
Manage the performance management cycle, system and process
Promote development of employees’ skills and competences
Provide accurate and timely information regarding starters, leavers, contractual changes, amendments to personal details, salary increases, commissions/bonuses etc… for monthly payroll and benefits administration
HR administration such as absence and holiday control, company car management, employees’ expenses reports
Provide reports on monthly quarterly and annual basis
GDPR management and control of personal data
Utilities and service contracts management
Insurances management (property, damage, civil liability, health care, etc.)
Support for the organization of corporate events
Relations with trade associations
Your profile & qualifications:
Demonstrate expertise in technical HR areas
Proven working experience in general HR management role, preferably in an international company
Strong and up to date employment law knowledge and HR best practice
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office applications and HR Systems
Fluent English and Italian
