The Business Development Director Industrial is responsible for the elaboration and implementation of strategic growth plans for the Industrial market including segments like Coatings, Adhesive, Sealants, Construction, Rubber, Plastics, Home Care, Chemical Industries…

He provides market feedback to the company leadership team regarding competitive offerings, prospects’ needs and product development ideas. In addition, the Business Development Director supports and motivates the European sales team to work with a market/customer – focused approach and corresponding range of products, suppliers and value-added services. 

The Business Development Director Industrial is expected to actively develop the product, supplier and service portfolio across Europe.

About you

- University degree in a relevant area;

- Around 10 years of working experience in similar roles in an international environment;

- Fluent English (any additional European language is an advantage);

- Pro-active problem solver; 

- Results orientated;

- Self-motivated;
