HR Advisor / HRBP

In this role, you will have Europe as the working scope and will report to the Human Resources Director Europe, being based in our HQ in Rotterdam, with the possibility to work partially from home (hybrid scheme).

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of HR processes and how HR systems can be utilised to support these processes. The person will need to reach out to the wider HR team in Europe to give guidance, and request support with activities data gathering, information staring, best practice on policy and process. Therefore, communication skills are important.

Also need to be deadline driven, as frequently the programme will have small windows of time to complete tasks, and we need to make sure that we meet these deadlines.

 

Some other key responsibilities:

 

- Support the implementation of a new HRIS;

- Acts as a sparringpartner for management for HR related matters, brainstorming and supporting the achievement of business goals;

- Provides guidance on a wide range of topics such as performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition etc;

- Facilitates trainings and presentations, focussing on individual and organizational development;

- Participates and/or leads in a broad range of projects to develop or implement processes, strategies or systems;

- Support on long term illness cases; understand legal requirements and sees to a proper execution of case management.

About you

- University degree in a relevant area;

- 5+ years of working experience in similar roles in an international environment;

- Fluent English and Dutch language;

- Knowledge in Dutch labor law;

- Pro-active problem solver; 

- Results orientated;

- Self-motivated;

- Strong collaboration.
