 This role will report directly to the CHRO and is located at one of the Caldic Regional legal entities. Therefore, the working location will be defined accordingly.

 

In this role you are responsible for the implementation of Caldic’s Remuneration Strategy in collaboration with the regional Human Resources organizations. You will further develop and maintain current compensation & benefits policies across all Caldic regions. This role requires proactive management, attention to detail, analytical capabilities and an in-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits practices.  You act as Senior Advisor for CHRO, Regional HR, Regional CEOs and Directors and local Managing Directors.

About you

Knowledge and experience

·        Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or Business Administration

·        5+ years of relevant compensation & benefits experience, managing Regional or Global Benefits

·        Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments

·        Experience with pension structures

·        Excellent communication and relationship skills interacting with senior internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results

·        Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership

·        Problem solving attitude and used to working under pressure.
