IT Business Process Architect

Caldic is globalising, professionalising and modernising its Information Technology function.  This includes building a global team to leverage economies of scale whilst remaining agile and responsive to local market needs.  Caldic is reliant on 3rd party service providers for staff augmentation, with accountability for strategy and delivery staying in-house.

 

The IT Business Process Architect (IT-BPA) is tasked with designing, analyzing, modelling and optimizing business processes to align with organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency. This role necessitates collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to ensure business processes and technology are effectively integrated and continuously improved. This role leverages data-driven insights and advanced technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Additionally, this role develops and implements best practices and frameworks to ensure scalability and adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging in-house expertise, this role will drive both short-term wins and long-term strategic benefits for the organization.

 

The IT-BPA is part of the Europe  IT organisation but has global scope and responsibilities if necessary, building strong relationships with (Finance/Supply Chain/Procurement/Commercial/Digital) Process Owners, D365 Functional Consultants and IT Service Providers across regions.

 

The IT-BPA  will possess a strong knowledge and expertise in Template-based ERP Projects and Business Process Modelling (platforms like Aris, Mavim, Celonis,…), leading the introduction/standardization and improvement of processes supported by ERP systems. The role will act as the Product Owner of the Business Process Modelling Platform and will need to ensure that the Business Process Hierarchy is properly leveraged to accelerate ERP Projects Delivery and is continuously enhanced to optimize the efficiency of Caldic processes, especially those enabled by the IT function.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant IT Disciplines (Business Process Modelling, IT/Business Integration, ERP Projects)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, and working with multiple service providers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field

 

Desirables:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing key senior (C-level) stakeholders across the organization and within complex arenas.
  • Experience in relevant industry standards, best practices, and trends in Business Process Modelling, Automation, and Digitalization
