Part-Time Global HR Manager

Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving change and shaping a thriving workplace culture? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our global headquarters in the Netherlands and make a lasting impact across multiple HR functions. This hands-on, part-time role will see you working closely with senior leadership, managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and more – all while ensuring we foster an inclusive, high-performance environment.


What You’ll Do:


• Lead HR Strategy: Advise senior leadership on HR policies, organizational design, and workforce planning. Tackle complex HR issues and provide solutions that make a difference.
• Champion Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for employee relations, resolving conflicts, enhancing employee engagement, and collaborating with the Works Council to keep communication open and transparent.
• Drive Compliance & Policy: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that align with Dutch labor laws and global goals. Provide expert guidance on terminations, reorganizations, and legal compliance.
• Revolutionize Recruitment: Take the lead on recruitment for key roles across the company. Build a talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Elevate Performance: Support performance management systems, identify training needs, and promote career development and leadership growth initiatives.
• Global Mobility: Manage cross-border employment matters, ensuring compliance with international laws, and help employees navigate global assignments.

About you

• Experienced HR Pro: You bring 5+ years of experience in HR management or as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a global or Dutch context.
• HR Expert: You have broad expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management, with a keen understanding of Dutch labor laws.
• Strategic Advisor: You know how to influence leadership decisions and support managers with hands-on HR solutions.
• Strong Communicator: Fluent in both Dutch and English, with the interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) is a plus.
