Sales Manager - Industrial (Poland & Eastern Europe)

Overview


Caldic is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our industrial solutions business in Eastern Europe. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager - Industrial to drive growth in Poland and key Eastern Europe countries. This role demands a strong understanding of industrial chemicals and materials, a well-established industry network, and a proven ability to deliver results.

You will report directly to the Business Development Director Industrial and collaborate with product managers across Europe to leverage Caldic’s diverse industrial portfolio. Success in this role will open significant career growth opportunities within our rapidly expanding organization.

 

Location: Poland (preferred), with travel to key Eastern European countries.

 

About the Role


As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, acquiring new customers, and positioning Caldic as a trusted supplier in the industrial sector. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director Industrial Europe, you will collaborate with product managers across Europe to deliver innovative and tailored solutions for customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, rapidly growing Caldic’s presence in the industrial segment in Poland and Eastern Europe. 
  • Portfolio Management: Promote and sell Caldic’s industrial portfolio, including coating additives, oleochemicals, commodities, and specialty chemicals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming their go-to partner for industrial solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-European product managers to align on product positioning, technical support, and tailored customer solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the Business Development Director Industrial, providing updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.

About you

  • At least 10 years of proven sales experience in industrial chemicals or specialty materials, with a focus on Poland and preferably the Czech Republic.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial solutions and customer applications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to achieve impactful results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish required.
