Sales Manager - Pharma (Poland & Eastern Europe)

Overview


Caldic is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our pharmaceutical ingredients business in Eastern Europe. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager - Pharma Segment to establish and grow our market presence in Poland and key Eastern Europe countries. This entrepreneurial role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical ingredients, a robust industry network, and a proven ability to deliver fast results.

You will report to the Business Development Director Pharma and collaborate with product managers across Europe to leverage our comprehensive pharmaceutical portfolio. Success in this role will open pathways to significant career advancement within Caldic’s growing organization.

 

Location: Poland (preferred), with travel across Eastern Europe including Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, the Baltics.

 

About the Role


As Sales Manager, you will drive business growth, acquire new customers, and position Caldic as a trusted partner in the pharmaceutical sector. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director Pharma Europe, you will collaborate with product managers across Europe to deliver tailored solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, rapidly growing Caldic’s customer base in Poland and Eastern Europe 
  • Portfolio Promotion: Drive the sales of excipients, APIs, Solvents, and other pharmaceutical ingredients while building Caldic’s reputation as a reliable supplier.
    Customer Engagement: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Caldic’s product managers across Europe to align strategies and create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the Business Development Director Pharma, sharing progress, insights, and recommendations.

About you

 

  • At least 10 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical ingredients market in Poland, and a working
  • knowledge of markets across Eastern Europe.
  • Strong industry knowledge and a well-established network in the region.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to achieve impactful results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish required.
