MISSION

To develop solutions and applications at a global level to provide a high added value to customers and represented parties in a differentiated and competitive way. Collaborating with expert technical support of products to customers (internal and external) and ensuring the permanent updating of the company in the regulations and trends of markets and products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new solutions or applications in the laboratory:

o Formulations and reformulations

o Client and Represented Application Lab

o Develop tests/tests together with the Represented

o Evaluate the performance and know the functionality of the portfolio of the represented companies

o Tests to adapt/build/develop formulas with our raw materials

o Development of prototypes for commercial and marketing promotions

• Coordinate with the GPM and the Industry Managers for specific product support needs for customers and the sales team.
• Work together with the technical departments of our Represented Companies to deepen their knowledge of their ranges.
• To attend to specific technical queries from Clients, accompanying the Account Salesperson if necessary.
• Prepare application sheets of the developments worked on in order to be able to present to the market.
• Support the sales team in the Technical Seminars that are organized.
• Prepare all the basic documentation, labels, technical sheets, analysis sheets, tests, tests,... necessary for internally developed solutions (prototypes).
• Optimally manage the laboratory in terms of content, layout, cleanliness, order, instruments (including review and purchase of laboratory material, preparation of procedures and registration of equipment, internal calibration of some equipment...), stock control.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities and equipment in line with the company's procedure on good practices for handling and storing raw materials and finished products in food, facilitated by the Regulatory, Quality and Compliance area
• Know the current legislation on everything related to ingredients and additives for use in the food industry and the technical-sanitary regulations of each of the finished products where it is applied.
• Attend technical training with representatives, in our laboratory (manage visit), via webinars or at your facilities.
• Collaborate with the Caldic Group's laboratories at European and global level.
