Manager Global Treasury Operations

As a manager of global treasury operations you oversee the company’s cashflows, investments, and financial risk on a global scale, ensuring liquidity and optimizing financial resources across different regions.

 

In a dynamic and international team, you will manage a broad range of activities such as:

·       Being responsible for selecting and managing banks to be used for treasury services. This applies to both global banks which are used more broadly but also for local banks for specific local services.

·       Manage and optimize the use of trade and supply chain finance solutions. Key is also to harmonize the various regions and operate as one global platform.

·       Being responsible for daily bank account management activities, e.g. opening and closing of bank accounts, user administration etc.

·       Ensure global standards are adhered to but equally that local requirements are being fulfilled. A master in balancing global and local interests. Ensure that all regional teams operate as a single organization with the ability to provide business contingency in case required.  

·       Being responsible for the infrastructure to allow local / regional finance teams the efficient handling of AP / AR processes.

·       Stay up to date with the latest developments w.r.t. Treasury management and technology in order to have a worldclass and efficient Treasury operations.

·       Manage working capital requirements for the various countries and legal entities within agreed limits.

·       Build and maintain a global team of experts responsible for the execution of daily Treasury processes with the ability to support the strategic dialogue.

·       Manage liquidity on behalf of the local entities: invest surplus liquidity and borrow for liquidity requirements.               

·       Manage local credit facilities as well as guarantees, Letters of Credit and other facilities provided by financial institutions.
