Customer care/order handling assistant

Caldic Finland is developing rapidly, and we have increased our activities on the Finnish food ingredient and industrial markets considerably in recent years. We are now searching for a customer care assistant whose principal responsibility will be to take care of the order flow from suppliers to customers together with two colleagues in our customer care team.
In this position your main tasks will be:
- Handling of sales orders and customer service
- Handling of purchase orders and contact to suppliers
- Transport booking and follow-up
- Handling of stock levels and contact to warehouse
- Update ERP system with customer, supplier and product information
- Register sales and purchase contracts
- Invoice sales orders
- Back-up to Sales Managers within customer requests, claims, material planning etc.
- Ad hoc tasks within administration, quality assurance, IT etc.
As a customer care assistant in Caldic we expect you to have some years of experience and preferably relevant education from customer service, logistics and order handling. It is essential that you are careful, structured and flexible. You enjoy organizing and ensuring a high level of customer service. You are proactive and meet deadlines.
Experience from Microsoft AX Dynamics will be an advantage in this position, and we expect you to have a good understanding of IT, Microsoft Office and ERP. To manage the job successfully you need to have good oral and written skills in both Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
