Meet our colleague - Lucas Farah

My name is Lucas Farah. I am a Business Transformation Manager at Caldic LATAM. When I was invited to join Caldic, I saw the possibility to explore new territory: to work on being a connection between the commercial and financial areas. I feel extremely happy and motivated to work in this organization because it gives me the chance to grow while also presenting me with challenges. I believe it is important to get out of one’s comfort zone.

Besides my family, who has always been by my side, I recognize the significant role of the fantastic leaders who have supported me during my professional career. At Caldic, there are many people who inspire me and contribute to my growth and learning.

Having a positive attitude is important for me so that I can grow, evolve, and learn as much as possible from everyone around me while also sharing what I have learned and experienced in the last six years. Working in a global company might also give me the opportunity to work in a Caldic entity outside Latin America, letting me pursue my dreams.
